My interest in the outdoors and photography began when I first visited Canada in 2012 when I travelled to Whistler for one month of mountain biking. While enjoying the mountain bike trails and the outdoor life to be had in one of the best places in the world, I also fell in love with the mountains and forests here in British Columbia. At the time of my visit, I’d recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone 4, giving me the opportunity to document my time away, and that’s when capturing images and videos also became a big part of my trip, taking in as much of the beautiful surroundings as I could. Upon returning back to the UK, I was soon planning my next trip back to Canada, but this time with the intention of visiting the Canadian Rockies as part of my two-month vacation. This is when my love for photography really started, and how could I not as I was in one of the most amazing locations in all of Canada? Having had an amazing time in the Rockies, I flew back to Vancouver after spending another month in Whistler mountain biking. Upon returning home and looking at my images and everything I'd done over those two months, I was again planning my next visit, but this time for six months. This is where my travels took me, not only to Canada but also to Mexico, Las Vegas, and extensively around British Columbia. This is when I first purchased my first DSLR camera.

2015 was a big year for me as this was when I made the decision to move to Vancouver, BC. Travelling and experiencing so much from everywhere I had been giving me the hunger to see more of what British Columbia had to offer, but this time it would become my new home. Living in such an expansive location of wilderness and mountains, my photography adventures became a big part of my life. As my knowledge of photography grew, I then decided to create my own YouTube channel to show some of these amazing locations and where I now lived. Living in a much bigger, vibrant city than where I lived back home in the UK, I then started to do street photography also. As time has gone on, I’ve grown as a photographer, and doing both street photography and landscape photography certainly keeps my hunger for photography growing. With a few gear upgrades over the years and seeing my audience grow on my YouTube channel, photography will always be a big part of my life in the years to come.
